U.K. Shipping Policy

The following information outlines delivery options and returns for U.K. and international customers.

Standard Delivery

Our standard shipping is via Evri postable which on average take 2 – 3 working days for delivery. The Evri service cannot be guaranteed and there may be times when delivery take longer.

For Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man and Highlands Royal Mail 48-hour delivery service is our preferred provider. This service delivers in 2 – 3 working days. This is not a guaranteed service and sometimes delivery may take longer.

Express Delivery

If you wish to select express shipping we will dispatch by Evri next day postable or Royal Mail 24 hour which delivered in 1 – 2 days. These are not a guaranteed service.

Free Delivery

All free delivery options and promotions will be subject to our standard delivery dispatch.

International Orders

For international orders we charge a flat rate of £10 and the most economical provider will be used usually Evri Europe or Royal Mail international tracked. Both of these services take at least 5 days after dispatch and are ultimately subject to delays in customs. Please note that we do not offer a duty paid service based and any import charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that free delivery is not available on international orders.

Returns

Any returns for exchange are the customer handles the cost of return postage. If exchanges are processed and we reserve the right to levy an added postage charge for the replacement items to cover the cost of this. This may be the case even when free postage applied on the original order.
